This 2-day PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner course will provide you with a thorough understanding of agile concepts, with a clear defined framework of PRINCE2. Learn how to blend structure, governance and control with agile methods, techniques and approaches and be prepared for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam.

Who is the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner qualification for?

This course is particularly popular with learning coming from an industry where 'pure' PRINCE2 is dominant. It's also popular with agile practitioners who want more credibility in project situations. We see a lot of Scrum masters or Lean Six Sigma belt holders on this course but anyone with the prerequisites will likely be a successful candidate.

This PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course is a step up from the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course with a more challenging exam. As a result, it has more credibility in the workplace. If you're looking to sit the Foundation and Practitioner course and exams in one go, then our PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner Course might be better for you.

Successful completion of this course will mean you will be awarded the;

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification (valid for 3 years).

PeopleCert Online Exams

Exam vouchers are valid for 12 months so you can take them at a time and day that is convenient to you but, we do recommend taking the exam during the week of your course if possible as pass rates are typically higher.

Practitioner Exam – 2 and a half hour, open book exam set by PeopleCert with 50 questions each worth one mark. 60% pass mark (30 marks out of the 50 questions).

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course is a workshop that builds on the Foundation course. It gives learners an opportunity to revise the Foundation content through the practice of Practitioner exam questions and classroom discussion. It finishes with a 2.5 hour, scenario-based, multiple choice exam on the second day.

Objective testing
50 questions each worth one mark
30 marks or more required to pass out of 50 questions: 60% pass mark
Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
Open book exam. Candidates may use the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2 Agile® guidance. The guidance book may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.

Officially, either the PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificates are prerequisites for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam. However, if you have the 'pure' PRINCE2 Foundation qualification but are completely new to agile ways of working then we strongly recommend that you sit the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation course first in order to learn what it means to be 'agile'.

On successfully completing the course, you should have the confidence to apply agile tools and techniques to your next project.

Once you have the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner under your belt then it may be time to look at the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) qualification.
