This QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Annual Refresher) (RQF) allows qualified first-aiders to update their first aid skills yearly, until re-qualification is required. Doing annual refresher training means you can practise your skills and update your knowledge on the latest first aid procedures.

  • The First Aid at Work course was impressive. Loved the automatic AEDs, which were clearly new and all the equipment seemed really up-to-date. I left not only with the certification, but feeling confident in both the theory and the practice. Overall, a great experience!
