The Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) is a 2 day course that uses the APM Body of Knowledge 7 (BoK7), to give learners an awareness of concepts, terms and activities that make up current best practice in the profession.
The Association for Project Management (APM) is the chartered body for the project profession. The APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) is a challenging 5 day course that examines the APM's Body of Knowledge 7 (BoK7). Through a mixture of lectures, activities and practice questions, students will be well prepared for the 3 hour written exam. On passing, project managers with at least 3 years experience can apply for full membership of the APM and have 'MAPM' after their name.

This new 5-day PRINCE2® 7th edition Foundation & Practitioner course will introduce you to the PRINCE2® method, its principles, processes, practices and terminology. This course covers everything needed to achieve the PRINCE2®7 Foundation and Practitioner certifications and is suitable for project managers, aspiring project managers, and project team members.
The PRINCE2® 7th edition Foundation course gives learners a 3-day introduction to one of the world's most popular project management methods. They will discover how important the principles, practices and processes are and how they can be tailored to suit a particular project. This will be achieved via a mix of formal teaching, individual activities, group work and practice exam papers. At the end of the 3rd day there is a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
The PRINCE2® 7th Edition Practitioner course starts with a 1 day workshop that introduces students to the scenario based Practitioner exam. Learners will be given opportunities to revise key elements of the Foundation course while discussing different applications of the framework in syndicated groups. The 2.5 hour multiple choice exam is taken in the morning of the 2nd day.
This 4-day PRINCE2 Agile® course will firstly introduce you to the PRINCE2 methodology and Agile concepts, then build around your newfound knowledge teaching you how to blend structure, governance and control with agile methods, techniques and approaches. The Foundation level will be covered in the first 3 days with the exam taken in the afternoon of the third day. The final 2 days will cover the Practitioner level material, demonstrating how to apply and tailor the PRINCE2 Agile context.
This PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course is an engaging 3 day introduction to the newest member of the AXELOS project management portfolio. Learners will learn about agile ways of working and discover how these can be integrated into a structured PRINCE2 project. This will be achieved via a mix of formal teaching, individual activities, group work and practice exam papers. At the end of the 3rd day there is a 1 hour multiple choice exam.
The PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner course is a 2 day workshop followed by the Practitioner exam. The workshop will focus on how to apply the PRINCE2 Agile methodology to some case studies and there will be discussion on how to apply it to real-world situations. Students will practise sample Practitioner exam questions in preparation for the 2.5 hour multiple choice exam which will be taken the following morning.

The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Foundation & Practitioner course is a 4-day workshop. The 2 day Foundation level introduces the MSP method and terminology. The following 2 days move to Practitioner level and focus on how to apply the MSP methodology to real-world situations. On the third day you will sit the Foundation exam and finally finish with the Practitioner exam on the fifth day.
The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Foundation course is a 3 day introduction to the world of programme management. By the end of the course, candidates will have a better understanding of how to plan and manage the various projects needed to deliver the required outputs, and how to support the business through a potentially stressful change. The exam is a 60 minute multiple choice paper and while pre-reading is recommended, the course assumes no previous knowledge or experience.
The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Practitioner course is a 1 day workshop followed by the Practitioner exam. The workshop will focus on how to apply the MSP methodology to a number of case studies and there will be discussion on how to apply it to real-world situations. Students will practise sample Practitioner exam questions in preparation for the 2.5 hour multiple choice exam which will be taken the following morning.
Management of Risk (M_o_R®) is designed to help organisations establish an effective framework for risk management, enabling them to make informed decisions about the risks that affect their strategic, portfolio, programme, project, product, and operational objectives. It provides practical guidance for managing risk, showing how risk links to opportunity and the realisation of benefits. MoR® 4 is universally applicable and aligned to ISO standards.
