MKC Training is a great organisation to work for!
We know that our people are the source of our success. To help our employees grow, we provide a well-resourced programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and ensure staff have the opportunity to access financial support to gain a wide range of academic and professional qualifications, including degrees.
Staff wellbeing is a key company priority. We run an annual Health and Wellbeing Week when all staff have the opportunity to try out a range of activities. This has also stimulated the creation of a number of staff clubs including the running club and the Aspire cycling club. Everyone is provided with Benenden Personal Health Care and has access to flu vaccinations each winter, along with regular health screening.
The Royal School of Military Engineering site offers staff a well-equipped, on-site gym, a subsidised restaurant, a Costa café, a shop, a cash machine, free parking and even a barber and tailoring services. Teaching staff are funded to gain a recognised teaching qualification, if they do not have one already, and benefit from working with highly motivated and disciplined trainees, very low staff/trainee ratios and outstanding equipment and resources.
