MKC Training is a great organisation to work for!
We know that our people are the source of our success. We provide a well-resourced programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and ensure staff can access financial support to gain a wide range of academic and professional qualifications, including degrees.
Staff wellbeing is a key company priority. We run a 'Cycle to Work' scheme, provide season ticket loans and money off vouchers. Everyone is provided with Benenden Personal Health Care and has access to flu vaccinations each winter, along with regular health screening.
The Royal School of Military Engineering site offers staff a well-equipped, on-site gym, a subsidised restaurant, a Costa café, a shop, a cash machine, free parking and even a barber and tailoring services. Teaching staff are funded to gain a recognised teaching qualification if they do not have one already, and benefit from working with highly motivated and disciplined trainees, very low staff to trainee ratios and outstanding equipment and resources.
Recruitment is handled by Technical Placements, with full job descriptions and applications available on their website.
