We bring extensive experience in training assurance across complex environments, including ISO auditing and compliance. Our approach to monitoring, supporting, and developing trainers delivers consistently high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.
Central to this is our data-led approach. Our smart assurance tool captures satisfaction feedback from learners, numbering 10,000+ comments every year, and uses human and digital insights to analyse the feedback and develop an action plan in response. The result is consistently high-quality delivery, including 95% good or excellent learner ratings as the norm.
