Through the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) in Kent, we’re training up to 2,000 Royal Engineers personnel a year from level 2 trainees to MSc level. As a Centre of Excellence for MOD training, our dedicated team of 250+ staff has a military ethos and is adept in training all generations.
MKC Training is a wholly owned subsidiary of MidKent College located in Kent, and we were formed in 2009 to deliver the RSME training. We're proud to return all our profits to the college to support the continuous delivery of vital educational and community projects.

MKC Training was founded in 2009 to support the delivery of a 30-year training modernisation and management contract as part of a PPP for the Royal Engineers. Today, our team of 250+ serves clients in defence, parapublic, and adjacent sectors with innovative training solutions.
