Diverse roles and skills

We’re a specialist training solutions and services company, with a variety of roles and career opportunities – including finance, MIS, facilities, project management, media, comms, and marketing. As we have close military ties there are a good number of ex-services personnel, but we have many other people bringing specialist skills and experience from other sectors too.

We are committed to inclusion, and our FAIR (Fairness, Access, Inclusion, and Representation) strategy is the foundation, helping create a workplace where everyone feels included, valued, and able to succeed. We also report on areas including the gender pay gap to underline transparency and progress.

Our values

Our values represent who we are and underpin how we work together. We are all different but our values connect us and enable us to collaborate – with our colleagues, our customers and our community. We hold Annual Staff Awards to recognise people’s commitment and contributions to our values. And throughout the year, anyone can nominate another employee for a Values eCard to acknowledge or say thanks to someone who embraces these values.

  • Investment in people

  • Collaboration through partnership
  • Innovation to prepare for tomorrow
  • Courage to embrace opportunities
