Using VR headsets and MR combinations where personnel can use real tools and instruments within virtual environments, we help train everyone from medics to mine clearance operatives. Training shouldn’t a one-size-fits-all. Different generations and neurodiverse learners respond to some training delivery styles better than others – and digital is the throughline. Whether it’s eLearning that trainees can take at their own pace, or bite-size learning modules for younger, social media-native learners, we develop and adapt digital tools so that everyone can train better.
