Who is this Qualification for?

The Change Management Practitioner qualification is for any aspiring or current managers of organisational change, transition or transformation. Those performing key roles in the design, development and delivery of organisation change programmes which can includes; Business Change Managers, Change Project Managers, Change Programme Managers, Transformation Managers, Senior Responsible Owners and Operational Line Managers.

Please note, you must hold the Change Management Foundation Qualification before taking this course - alternatively you can attend the full 5-day course where you will obtain both the Foundation and Practitioner qualifications upon successful completion.

APMG Online Exam

Practitioner Exam – 2.5 hours restricted open book exam – The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook may be used in the exam. Objective testing based on a case study scenario. There is a total of 4 questions each worth 20 marks. 40 marks are required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%.
